Broadway's Matt Doyle & Belinda Allyn Will Lead WEST SIDE STORY at Paper Mill Playhouse; Full Cast Set!

Paper Mill Playhouse has announced complete casting for Arthur Laurents, Leonard Bernstein and Stephen Sondheim's classic musical West Side Story, directed by Paper Mill Playhouse's Producing Artistic Director Mark S. Hoebee and Jerome Robbins' original choreography recreated by Alex Sanchez. West Side Story is based on a conception by Jerome Robbins and features a book by Arthur Laurents, music by Leonard Bernstein and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim.

Soldier Kane Plays Live in Soho Tonight to Celebrate New CD and ART KANE Book

On Today, April 13 at 8:00 p.m. at the fashion-forward Soho shoe boutique Fiorentini + Baker, Soldier Kane will play live (Soldier on violin and banjo, Kane on guitar and drums) in front of projections of Art Kane's groundbreaking photographs to celebrate the release of their new CD Soldier Kane on Mulatta Records as well as the success of the recently released Art Kane book from Reel Art Press.

42ND STREET Tour Coming to EJ Thomas Hall, 5/10-11

?The quintessential backstage musical comedy classic 42nd STREET will celebrate a limited two-night engagement at E.J. Thomas Hall with a sparkling new production, May 10-11, the final performances of the 2015-16 Broadway in Akron season.  42nd STREET will be directed by co-author Mark Bramble and choreographed by Randy Skinner, the team who staged the 2001 Tony Award winning Best Revival.

HERSHEY FELDER AS IRVING BERLIN Extends Into May at Royal George Theatre

With its continuing success both nationwide and here in Chicago, the smash hit Hershey Felder as Irving Berlin is extending its return to the Royal George Theatre, 1641 N. Halsted St. Chicago, until Sunday, May 22, 2016. The Chicago presentation will immediately be followed by a special One-Night-Only New York Presentation at The Town Hall on June 6, 2016, broadcast internationally by the WFMT Radio Network with the entire Berlin family in attendance.

Jazz at Lincoln Center celebrates International Jazz Appreciation Month with a diverse line-up of artists throughout Frederick P. Rose Hall, the "House of Swing." The exciting offerings in April include an homage to Broadway composers with jazz-oriented roots, sets celebrating International Jazz Day and Duke Ellington's birthday, and an historic showcase of Sy Oliver arrangements performed only once in its entirety in nearly 30 years.

Halsted Street, Chicago. Jim Korinke, a long time respected Kansas City actor, is the immortal Buffalo Bill Cody.

Tony Nominee Melissa Errico to Lead Workshop of New Michael Feinstein Musical in London

Leading names from both sides of the Atlantic will come together this April in London to develop a new musical. Tony Award-nominated singer & actress Melissa Errico will star in the workshop of The Gold Room which features original music by five-time Grammy nominee Michael Feinstein and book & lyrics by Walking With Dinosaurs writer Warner Brown. Conceived originally by Brown, The Gold Room explores a night behind closed doors in the life of Woolworth heiress Barbara Hutton.

FSCJ Artist Series to Present MAMMA MIA!, 5/6-7

Benny Andersson and Bjorn Ulvaeus' MAMMA MIA!, the smash hit musical based on the songs of ABBA, returns to the Times-Union Center's Moran Theater. Performances begin on May 6 and run through May 7, 2016.
