Dozens of Stars Participate in 19th NAMT New Musicals Fest

The National Alliance for Musical Theatre (NAMT) and Executive Director Kathy Evans announced the casts and directors of the eight musicals for its 19th Annual Festival of New Musicals to be held at New World Stages (340 West 50th St between 8th and 9th Avenues) on Sunday, October 7 and Monday, October 8, 2007.

NYMF presents a new musical comedy, Unlock'd, based on the 18th century mock epic poem 'The Rape of The Lock by Alexander Pope.' With a book and lyrics by Sam Carner, music by Derek Gregor, and is directed by Igor Goldin; plus has music direction by David Andrews Rogers and orchestrations by Tony Award winner Bruce Coughlin.
Unlock'd Adds 2 More Shows to NYMF High-Demand Run

Unlock'd, a new musical comedy presented at the New York Musical Theatre Festival, has just added two performances to its schedule, and will now play a total of eight performances as part of the fourth annual New York Musical Theatre Festival. Performances begin tonight, Monday, September 17 at TBG Theatre. Added performances are Friday, September 21 at 4:30PM and Saturday, September 22 at 1PM.
