The producers of Kinky Boots , the six-time Tony Award-winning musical that brings together four-time Tony Award-winner Harvey Fierstein (Book) and Grammy Award-winning rock icon Cyndi Lauper (Tony Award-winner for Best Score for Kinky Boots), are pleased to announce the show's tour dates for the 2014-2015 season. Kinky Boots will launch its national tour at the Smith Center in Downtown Las Vegas (361 Symphony Park Avenue) on September 4, 2014.

The Bridges of Madison County, the original Broadway cast recording of the new romantic musical from Ghostlight Records has debuted as the #1 Cast Recording on the Billboard chart and hit #53 on the Billboard Overall Digital Albums chart. It also broke into the Billboard Top 200 albums chart - a rarity for a musical theater album - at #184.

Co-Hosts Judith Light and Christopher Sieber announced the nominations for the 2014 Drama League Awards, including Distinguished Production of a Play, Distinguished Production of a Musical, Distinguished Revival of a Play, Distinguished Revival of a Musical, and the much coveted Distinguished Performance Award. The 2014 Drama League Nomination announcement begins the month of celebrations leading up to the 80th Annual Drama League Awards, which will be held at the Marriott Marquis Times Square (1535 Broadway) on Friday, May 16, 2014 at noon hosted by Broadway veteran Jesse Tyler Ferguson.

The world premiere of A Little More Alive began on April 11 and will run until May 11 at Kansas City Rep. Producers Daryl Roth and Hal Luftig have announced new leads for their smash hit musical Kinky Boots; Andy Kelso, who currently plays 'Harry', will take over the role of 'Charlie Price' on January 28, 2014 following Stark Sands' January 26 departure. Jeanna de Waal will join the cast as 'Lauren,' beginning March 4, 2014 (replacing Annaleigh Ashford, who leaves to join the cast of Showtime's 'Masters of Sex'), and Jake Odmark joins the ensemble in the roles previously played by Andy Kelso. As previously announced, Billy Porter, this year's Tony Award-winner for Best Actor in a Musical, will remain with Kinky Boots.
