According to deadline.com, amongst a short list of announced Primetime Emmy Award presenters is Broadway veteran and GLEE superstar Matthew Morrison . Fellow Emmy nominees January Jones, Julianna Margulies, and Sofia Vergara along with Ricky Gervais and John Krasinski are the first group of presenters announced for the 62nd Primetime Emmy Awards.

Tom O'Neil, author of the LA Times Gold Derby column, has revealed that fan favorite, Neil Patrick Harris, has just been granted a third 2010 Primetime Emmy nomination for his performance as the 2009 Tony Awards host in the category of Special-Class Program. According to a recent article by the LA Times, the GLEE cast's next stop is Springfield, home of the 'Simpsons.'

Anthony Bregman of Likely Story and Peter Saraf and Marc Turtletaub of Big Beach announced today that Hugh Dancy ('Confessions of a Shopaholic,' 'Adam'), Kathryn Hahn ('Revolutionary Road,' 'Step Brothers'), Academy Award-nominated actress Shirley Knight, and Janet Montgomery ('Black Swan'), have joined the cast of the Jesse Peretz directed, 'My Idiot Brother,' a comedy about family and the sacrifices it takes to deal with them.

Amber Tamblyn has signed on to appear in the upcoming season of HOUSE for a multi-episode story arc. She will play a brilliant and aggressive medical student whom DR. HOUSE (Hugh Laurie) hires as a new team member although she is technically not yet qualified to practice medicine. Tamblyn's character will be confronted with the morally and ethically questionable way that House practices medicine.

Amongst the nominations were Broadway vets Lea Michele and Matt Morrison for Best Actress and Actor in a Comedy and GLEE for Best Comedy Series.
