The exhibition Berlin Spring has been extended through Saturday, July 3rd at the Howard Scott Gallery (529 W. 20th, 7th Floor).

Howard Scott Gallery is pleased to announce the opening - on Thursday, 13 May - of a solo exhibition by the German painter Werner Schmidt. The exhibition takes its title Berlin Spring, from a suite of paintings executed in 2009-10 similarly to the Berlin suite of painting from 2005, several of these paintings share a structure on which multiple panels, each conceived as a separate work, are joined as a diptych or as a quartet.
