Fun Music Presents The 'Back to the Eighties Show with Jessie's Girl'. An incredible live 80's music experience, from the music to the costumes; it is New York City's favorite 80's throwback night. Now in their seventh year of successful weekly midnight shows, Jessie's Girl recently announced that they will be moving their residency to a new venue in NYC called “Rumi Ballroom” with a 9pm show every Friday. Opening night: Friday, March 20th. As The Jessie's Girl fan base continues to grow, a 9pm show is a great way to make their show more accessible to their audience, & take the 80s experience to the next level.

The Broadway Theatre was the place to be last night as talents from stage and screen gathered to celebrate opening night of Tony Award winner Ivo van Hove's new production of West Side Story.

Today, JASTA has released the video the song 'PARASITIC' from his second solo effort THE LOST CHAPTERS. The footage is largely taken from the JASTA & Friends 2018 tour and features Howard Jones (ex-Killswitch Engage, Light the Torch), Dino Cazares (Fear Factory), and Kirk Windstein (Crowbar). The clip represents the spirit of collaboration that he is known for.

Gold-selling hard rock heavyweights Killswitch Engage have announced that Light the Torch will serve as the opening act on their upcoming Spring 2020 headline tour. As fans are more than well aware, Light the Torch features frontman Howard Jones, who served as KsE's singer from 2002 through 2012.

The Personal History of David Copperfield leads the list of nominations for the 2019 British Independent Film Awards (BIFAs), announced this morning by British actors Naomi Ackie and Joe Cole at the Regent Street Cinema. Armando Iannucci's fresh take on Dickens' novel about the ups and downs in the life of its eponymous character is recognised for Best British Independent Film and Best Screenplay sponsored by BBC Films, amongst nine other awards. Dev Patel is nominated for Best Actor, with co-stars Tilda Swinton and Hugh Laurie competing in the respective Supporting categories. The film also features heavily in the technical categories with nominations for Best Casting sponsored by Casting Society of America & Spotlight, Best Cinematography, Best Costume Design, Best Editing sponsored by Intermission Film, Best Make Up & Hair Design sponsored by MAC Cosmetics and Best Production Design sponsored by Studio Juice.

LIGHT THE TORCH have dropped the lyric video for the song 'The Great Divide' from their most recent album Revival.

This October Portland-based band Hustle And Drone will release their new album What An Uproar. Today, the band released the first single 'Stranger' from the forthcoming release. The track premiered at PopMatters and can also be shared at Spotify. About the song, PopMatters says, 'With crystal-clear lyrics, an infectious chorus and production that recalls the Top 40 glory of Howard Jones, Thomas Dolby, and others of their kind, 'Stranger' brings together progressive music with pop in a way that's insulting neither to the heart nor the intellect. Grammy-nominated and Gold-selling hard rock heavyweights Killswitch Engage have announced their eighth album Atonement, out August 16 on Metal Blade Records. New England's leading metal band, DEAD BY WEDNESDAY released their self-titled full length album on April 19th, 2019 through Combat Records/ EMP Label Group. The band has announced that they will be hitting the road as direct support for metal legends Flotsam and Jetsam this May/June in support of the new release on the Tour of Chaos 2019. In addition, DBW released their new video for the first single off the record titled 'You & Die.'
