On October 14, 2017, the Hangar will host its sixth and final Charades FUNdraiser. This light-hearted community battle of Charades, hosted by former Hangar Theatre Artistic Director Robert Moss, raises money for the Hangar's education programs. Four teams comprised of local luminaries and Hangar stars will compete on and off stage for one of two titles - Charades Champion and Fundraising Champion.

The San Diego Women's Chorus treated audiences this past weekend (May 6-7, 2017) to a set of three celebratory performances of their 30th Anniversary concert, 'Reflections: Looking Back On Our First 30 Years!' at the University Christian Church in Hillcrest. The concerts featured over 100 women of SDWC singing songs from the chorus' 30-year history, encapsulating the group's rich commitment to peace, social action, honoring the lives of women who came before them, and providing quality musical entertainment to the local community.
