Review: GROUNDHOG DAY THE MUSICAL at Princess Theatre

Fun and witty, with elements of dark humour, yet also philosophically heart-warming. This musical provides an excellent psychological examination of the human condition and not only honours, but excellently extends upon, the classic Columbia Pictures 1993 film of the same name.

Review: A CHORUS LINE at Toby's Sings And Dances Its Way Into Your Heart

A CHORUS LINE at Toby’s in Columbia through March 10th, 2024- Staff are warm and helpful, the atmosphere is welcoming and the production is wonderful. If you’re a fan of musical theater, A CHORUS LINE will resonate. It’s a visual and auditory delight, with complex dance numbers and Marvin Hamlisch’s memorable melodies.

Music by José “Pepe” Martinez, Lyrics by José “Pepe” Martinez and Leonard Foglia, Book by Leonard Foglia, Orchestration by David Hanlon, CRUZAR offers a deeply moving and acutely transparent experience.

Review: CABARET at Gettysburg Community Theatre

One of the most impressive aspects of this performance of Cabaret is the choreography, designed by Chad-Alan Carr with assistant choreographer Debbie Williams. This historically and culturally important and emotionally hard-hitting musical runs through February 11th at Gettysburg Community Theatre.

Review: HELLO, DOLLY! at The Carnegie

With the combination of great direction by Joe Bertucci and an excellent execution by the rest of the team, The Carnegie’s production of Hello, Dolly! is a fantastic example of how a Golden Age musical should be presented through a local company.
