The Les Miserables 25th Anniversary O2 concert starred Ramin Karmiloo, Samantha Barks, Alfie Boe, Nick Jonas,Norm Lewis, Matt Lucas, Lea Salonga, Jenny Galloway, and Camilla Kerslake.

The upcoming 25th Anniversary concert of Les Miserables, will be broadcast via satellite around the world. On October 3rd, O2 concert will be shown in movie theatres in Ireland, Denmark, Norway and Germany. As previously reported, the concert will star Ramin Karmiloo, Samantha Barks, Alfie Boe, Nick Jonas, Norm Lewis, Matt Lucas, Lea Salonga, Jenny Galloway, and Camilla Kerslake.

The pop star and the classical tenor are to star in the lavish O2 production.

Paper Mill Playhouse (Mark S. Hoebee-Producing Artistic Director) announced today that it has been awarded the 2010 American Council of the Blind / Audio Description Project Award for Achievement in Performing Arts for their audio-description program and unwavering commitment to the blind and those with vision loss.

Ramin Karmiloo, Samantha Barks, Alfie Boe, Nick Jonas, Norm Lewis, Matt Lucas, Lea Salonga, Jenny Galloway, and Camilla Kerslake have completed the principal casting for the Les Miserables 25th anniversary concert at the O2. Nick Jonas has extended his role as Marius at the Queen's Theatre until July 24.

As BroadwayWorld has reported, producer Cameron Mackintosh will present a 25th Anniversary production of LES MISERABLES this fall. Together with the current production at the Queen's Theatre in the West End and a 25th Anniversary concert of the show in the works, this new production - which will play the Barbican Theatre - will mark the first time 3 renditions of the same show has run simultaneously in the UK. The 25th Anniversary production will tour the US beginning this fall.

'I'd Do Anything' contestant Samantha Barks has just confirmed via Twitter that she will be playing the role of 'Eponine' in the highly anticipated 25th Anniversary Concert of LES MISERABLES in the West end in October. She reveals in a tweet: Can now confirm that I will be playing Eponine at the 25th anniversary concert of Les Mis! I am beyond excited.' Barks placed third in the BBC reality talent show competition for 'Nancy' in the West End production of OLIVER in 2008.
