Photo Flash: Actor's Co-Op's TURN OF THE SCREW

Actors Co-op (Ovation Award-Winner 2014 Best Intimate Theatre Musical for 110 in the Shade) presents the second show in its celebratory 25th Silver Anniversary season with the frightfully delightful THE TURN OF THE SCREW by Jeffrey Hatcher from the classic story by Henry James and directed by Robertson Dean (Antigone - A Noise Within).  THE TURN OF THE SCREW previewed on Wednesday, October 12 and Thursday, October 13 at 8pm and opened on Friday, October 14 at 8pm; it runs through Sunday, November 20 at the Actors Co-op Crossley Theatre, 1760 N. Gower St. (on the campus of the First Presbyterian Church of Hollywood) in Hollywood.

Pontine Theatre Receives $4,000 Lincoln Financial Foundation Grant

This Spring Pontine Theatre will present scenes from their original staging of Henry Wadsworth Longfellow's epic story poem, Evangeline: A Tale of Acadie, at assisted living communities, senior centers and nursing facilities throughout New Hampshire.  This tour is made possible with generous support from Lincoln Financial Foundation.

Diversionary Theatre has announced that tickets are on sale for A Civil War Christmas: An American Musical Celebration In Concert, written by Paula Vogel and directed by Kim Strassburger. Performances of this holiday-inspired production begin Thursday, December 10th, 2015, at 7pm at 4545 Park Blvd. San Diego, CA.

Hye-Jin Kim to Perform with the Greenwich Village Orchestra, 3/30

The dynamic violinist Hye-Jin Kim will perform Samuel Barber's Violin Concerto with the Greenwich Village Orchestra under the baton of Music Director Barbara Yahr on Sunday afternoon, March 30th at 3:00 p.m. at the Washington Irving Auditorium, 40 Irving Place, New York, NY.
