At 8:30 AM comes the announcement any theatre fan has been awaiting all year for...This Year's Tony Nominations! Tony-Winner Mary Louise Parker announces the nominations along with Bruce Willis, who's soon-to-be making his Broadway debut this fall in a new stage adaptation of the Stephen King novel, Misery. You can watch a live webcast of the entire announcement at TonyAwards.com, as well as on CBS This Morning. Now onto my predictions of who you could end up seeing among this year's Tony Nominees...

John Goodman and Tom Sturridge join Damian Lewis in the major new revival of David Mamet's gripping 1975 play American Buffalo. Directed by Daniel Evans, American Buffalo will run at Wyndham's Theatre for a strictly limited, opening tonight, 27 April and playing through 27 June 2015.

The 29th Annual Easter Bonnet Competition (#bwaybonnets) raised a remarkable $4,711,386, making this the third year in a row the event set a new fundraising record. First place went to the cast of AVENUE Q who performed a parody of 'Circle of Life,' proclaiming they just wanted to beat THE LION KING cast. Check out the hilarious video below!

Amphibian Stage Productions today announced new titles for its 2015 line-up of National Theatre Live screenings, presented in association with the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth. The generosity of the American theatre community shined brightly as six weeks of spring fundraising raised another record-breaking grand total for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. The 29th Annual Easter Bonnet Competition (#bwaybonnets) raised a remarkable $4,711,386, making this the third year in a row the event set a new fundraising record.

Featuring an unprecedented cast of 100 celebrity narrators, the timely documentary Unity will be distributed by SpectiCast in select theatres worldwide beginning August 12.

The Outer Critics Circle, the organization of writers covering New York theatre for out-of-town newspapers, national publications and other media beyond Broadway announced the nominees this morning for the 2014-15 season. The first major Broadway/Off-Broadway award nominees of the New York theater season, the organization is celebrating its 64th season of bestowing awards of excellence in the field of theater. The Outer Critics Circle is an association with members affiliated with more than ninety newspapers, magazines, radio and television stations, Internet, and theatre publications in America and abroad.

A bevy of Broadway's best, including Kristin Chenoweth, Gavin Creel, Andrea Martin, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Helen Mirren, Matthew Morrison and more than 200 of Broadway and Off-Broadway's most talented performers, will come together this week for the 29th Annual Easter Bonnet Competition.
