Porchlight Music Theatre (PMT) and Artistic Director Michael Weber are proud to announce the initial production in the fourth season of Chicago's "lost" musicals in staged concert series, Porchlight Revisits The Rink, starring Hollis Resnik and Christine Mild, music by John Kander, lyrics by Fred Ebb and book by Terrence McNally, with direction and choreography by PMT Artistic Associate Christopher Pazdernik and musical direction by Ryan Brewster.

The Central Works 2016 Season closes with Into the Beautiful North, a new play by Karen Zacarias opening Saturday October 15 in the historic Berkeley City Club. This production marks CW's first partnership with the National New Play Network for this Rolling World Premiere. Into the Beautiful North is based on the novel by Pulitzer Prize finalist Luis Alberto Urrea and inspired by the classic Hollywood western The Magnificent Seven.

The rebirth of Bucks County Playhouse (BCP) was celebrated with over 300 guests at the Second Annual Galavant in the Garden on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at the magnificent 100-acre 18th century Hortulus Farm in Wrightstown, PA. There was a outstanding concert by the renowned Broadway and television star Megan Hilty. The gala is the premiere fall event of Bucks County complete with aperitifs, a moveable feast, live auction, Hilty's performance and a lavish dessert buffet. Synetic Theater invites you to the 10th annual Vampire's Ball on Friday, October 28. This year, the Vampire's Ball will follow Synetic's hellish adaptation of Dante's Inferno. After traveling the nine circles of hell with Dante, guests will dance the night away with music courtesy of Resident Composer and Halloween DJ, Konstantine Lortkipanidze.The event will include an open bar, light appetizers, and a costume contest with fabulous Synetic prizes! This production is recommended for ages 16 & up for violence and partial nudity.

Porchlight Revisits The Rink is presented for three-nights-only tonight, Oct. 4 through Thursday, Oct. 6 at 7:15 p.m. and is performed on the set of Porchlight's In The Heights (previews begin September 9) at Stage 773, 1225 W. Belmont Ave.

National New Play Network, the country's alliance of nonprofit theaters that champions the development, production, and continued life of new plays, announces Winter by Julie Jensen as its 62nd Rolling World Premiere.

There are people who eat and there are those who get eaten. This fall, Arena Stage serves up Lillian Hellman's The Little Foxes, a delicious drama about family greed and betrayal. Emmy Award winner and Golden Globe nominee Marg Helgenberger, known for her 12 seasons as Catherine Willows on CBS's CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, stars as Regina Giddens under veteran director Kyle Donnelly, who has directed more than 20 productions at Arena Stage. The Little Foxes runs now through October 30, 2016 in the Kreeger Theater, and BroadwayWorld has photos from the opening night festivities below!

San Diego Repertory Theatre (San Diego REP) will present the world premiere of Associate Artistic Director Todd Salovey's newest play, 'The Dybbuk for Hannah and Sam's Wedding' as the third production of the theatre's 41st season. Written and directed by Salovey, the play is a one-man adaptation of the classic Jewish play 'The Dybbuk' by S. Ansky.
