New York City Center's Encores! 2007 Season pays tribute to the 100th Anniversary of the first Ziegfeld Follies, kicking off the celebration with Stephen Sondheim and James Goldman's legendary 1971 multiple Tony Award-winner, Follies, directed and choreographed by Casey Nicholaw, with music direction by Eric Stern. Follies will play for six performances, from February 8 - 12 at New York City Center, 55th Street between 6th and 7th Avenues.

'The Joan Hamburg Show' will offer listeners a behind-the-scenes look at the making of this new musical comedy by broadcasting an entire show about the making of Curtains from 9:00-11:00 AM on WOR Radio 710

The Donmar Warehouse will stage a new production of Manuel Puig's 'Kiss Of the Spiderwoman' from April 25 to May 26, with previews running from April 19. Puig's dramatization of his own novel set in a Latin American prison places Marxist revolutionary Valentin Arregui in a cell with Luis Molina, a homosexual imprisoned for gross indecency with a minor, who takes his mind into a glamorous fantasy world he remembers from the movies, where the seductive spider woman dwells. Both powerful and touching, the play demonstrates the resilience of the human spirit in the midst of the greatest despair.

Complete casting is being announced for CURTAINS, a new, original musical comedy featuring one of the last scores by the legendary songwriting team of Kander & Ebb.

The Broadway-bound Kander and Ebb musical Curtains will rise at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre, with previews to begin on February 27th and an opening on March 22nd
