As 'Chicago' celebrates 15 years on Broadway, we profile its longest-running cast member.

Harold Prince directed the original productions of Cabaret, Sweeney Todd, A Little Night Music, The Phantom of the Opera, She Loves Me, Company, Follies, Candide, Pacific Overtures, Evita, Parade, LoveMusik, and Paradise Found. Before becoming a director, Mr. Prince's productions included The Pajama Game, Damn Yankees, West Side Story, Fiddler on the Roof, Fiorello! and A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum.

Broadway Bound Children's Theatre will present Jason Robert Brown in Concert, on December 8 th at 9:00pm following the preview performance of Seattle's first professional staging of his musical 13. The concert will be Mr. Brown's first ever in Seattle.

In advance of the highly anticipated New York premiere of Angel Reapers, the new dance/theater/music piece with text by Alfred Uhry and direction and choreography by Martha Clarke, the two creators will sit down with Gideon Lester (Director of Columbia University's Arts Collaboration Lab) to discuss this provocative work on Monday, November 21 from 6pm-8pm at Joyce SoHo (155 Mercer Street, between Houston and Prince).

Now, Michael Riedel reports in the New York Post that the show is on the 'fast track' to Broadway, aiming for the 2012-13 season. The $10 million dollar production is to be directed by Gary Griffin (The Color Purple) and heading up the producing team is Dena Hammerstein.

Dutton will present the awards; the Godspell cast will entertain and Acting Company Alumnus Hamish Linklater (Seminar) emcees the evening for an industry-filled audience of producers, directors, entertainers and other notables including The Honorable Thomas Kean, legendary record producer Clive Davis, New York Times writer Enid Nemy and The Broadway League's Charlotte St. Martin. PRINCE OF BROADWAY, a new musical celebrating legendary Broadway director and producer Harold 'Hal' Prince, is in development now, aiming for a Toronto production in the summer of 2012 prior to opening on Broadway that fall. According to the NY Times, a reading has held last week in New York for Jason Robert Brown's stage adaptation of Honeymoon in Vegas, which has been in the works since 2007. Producers are looking to bring a fully staged production to New York in the near future.
