Westport Country Playhouse has announced that Tony Award winner and five-time Tony Award nominee Laura Benanti has been added to the talent lineup for the fundraising concert, “The Best Is Yet to Come,” on Saturday, September 14.
F. Murray Abraham, Raúl Esparza, Norm Lewis, Bonnie Milligan, Debra Monk, and Lillias White will join previously announced performers Kristin Chenoweth and Mary-Mitchell Campbell for “The Best Is Yet to Come” benefit.

'Voter Suppression in America' will be the topic of keynote speaker Dr. Carol Anderson, historian, educator, and New York Times bestselling author, at the 14th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration on Sunday, January 19, at 3 p.m., at Westport Country Playhouse. The 13th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration has been rescheduled for Sunday, March 10, at 3:30 p.m., at Westport Country Playhouse.
