Alfre Woodard Signs on for THE LION KING Remake

The Hollywood Reporter has reported that Alfre Woodard has signed on to join Jon Favreau's big screen remake of Disney's The Lion King. Woodard will provide the voice of Sarabi, Simba's mom.

Single tickets will go on sale to the public on Friday, August 4 for all concerts in the South Dakota Symphony Orchestra's 2017-18 season. Pops performances the worldwide phenomenon Video Games Live; 'Tis the Season, a new Christmas spectacular; and Wicked Divas featuring Broadway stars who performed as Elphaba and Glinda in the Broadway production of Wicked. STAR is a youth acting program that provides theatrical training and performance opportunities to students who are excited about theatre.
