Mark Bruce Company's DRACULA Announces 2014 UK Tour Dates

In 2013 Mark Bruce Company toured its darkly thrilling, critically acclaimed dance-theatre production DRACULA which won the company the prestigious South Bank Award for Dance. Including a four-week sellout run at London's glorious Victorian venue, Wilton's Music Hall, DRACULA also played to capacity audiences and universally excellent notices around the country.

Known to dance audiences for his muscular physicality and fine fado singing - particularly as the prodigal son in Arthur Pita's 'God's Garden' - and to West End audiences from his dazzling performance in 'Cabaret' at the Savoy Theatre and his inventive, physical theatre role in 'The Light Princess' at the National Theatre, Nuno returns to his first love, the fado music of Portugal in his own show A Darker Shade of Fado which kicks off a UK tour at the Lighthouse in Poole on April 26th.

Olivier award-winning playwright Simon Stephens' new version of Henrik Ibsen's A Doll's House is booking at the Duke of York's Theatre to 26 October 2013, with press night on 14 August at 7pm.

Featuring performances by New York's Metropolis Ensemble chamber orchestra, led by GRAMMY Award-nominated conductor Andrew Cyr, and a cast of five singers who enliven shadow puppetry designed by Cambridge, England's Indefinite Articles, THE FIREWORK MAKER'S DAUGHTER makes its American debut at The New Victory Theater from May 3 through May 12, 2013.
