KINKY BOOTS, the smash-hit musical that brings together four- time Tony® Award-winner Harvey Fierstein (Book) and Grammy® Award-winning rock icon Cyndi Lauper (Tony® Award-winner for Best Score for Kinky Boots), opens at Omaha's Orpheum Theater Tuesday, October 20, as part of the Omaha Performing Arts' Broadway series.

BroadwayWorld has confirmed that Emmy Award-winner and Grammy Award nominee Wayne Brady will take over the coveted role of 'Lola' in the Tony Award®-winning musical Kinky Boots at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre (302 West 45th Street) on November 21, 2015. Brady will succeed Broadway's original (and current) award-winning 'Lola,' Billy Porter. Porter has played over 800 performances in the role and won both a Tony Award and a Grammy Award for his work in the production. His final historic performance in Kinky Boots will be November 20, 2015.

Last night at the New Amsterdam Theatre, home to Disney's Tony Award®-winning hit musical Aladdin, the show welcomed its one millionth guest since beginning performances on Broadway on February 26, 2014.

Tickets are now on sale via Audience Rewards for TRIP OF LOVE, a new dance musical spectacle inspired by and set to the biggest hit songs of the 1960s. If you want to see the new dance musical TRIP OF LOVE this fall, you'll have to head to Stage 42. That's the new name of off-Broadway's 499-seat Little Shubert Theatre, located at 442 West 42nd Street, on Theatre Row. New signs and displays are being installed as we speak!

TUCK EVERLASTING, the new musical based on Natalie Babbitt's beloved best-selling novel of the same name, will play Broadway's Broadhurst Theatre (235 West 44th Street) this spring with opening night set for Sunday, April 17, 2016. The show will begin previews Wednesday, March 23, 2016 (first preview was previously announced for March 19). Producers Daryl Roth and Hal Luftig announced today that Kinky Boots has implemented a new digital lottery, allowing potential audience members to purchase $37 day-of tickets from anywhere.

The Toronto Star writes that the Canadian premiere of the Tony Award-winning KINKY BOOTS, which opened June 28 at the Royal Alexandra Theatre, has been extended through November 8, 2015. Tickets for the added six weeks of performances go on sale July 6.
