KINKY BOOTS, the smash-hit musical that brings together four-time Tony Award-winner Harvey Fierstein (Book) and Grammy Award-winning rock icon Cyndi Lauper (Tony Award-winner for Best Score for KINKY BOOTS), launches the second year of its first national tour tonight, November 10, in Austin, TX at Bass Concert Hall.

The new dance musical spectacle Trip of Love, inspired by the biggest hit songs of the 1960s, is playing at Stage 42, formerly The Little Shubert Theater (422 West 42nd St). American pop culture is still pulsing with the psychedelic energy of the Sixties, an era of expression and revolution around the world. The music told the story then and it will again this fall as Trip of Love brings the decade to life with over 25 of the biggest hits of the '60s, including 'Blowin' In The Wind,' 'Born To Be Wild,' 'California Dreamin',' 'I Saw Her Standing There,' 'These Boots Are Made For Walkin',' 'White Rabbit,' 'You Don't Own Me' and many more.

This evening, Suzi Bass Awards, Inc. revealed nominations for the 2014-2015 Atlanta professional theatrical season. The Suzi Nomination Party, which rotates venues, was hosted this year by Horizon Theatre.  Producers Dori Berinstein and Bill Damaschke announced today the complete cast for Gotta Dance, the new Broadway-bound musical about professional basketball's first ever aged 60-and-older dance team. The pre-Broadway World Premiere of Gotta Dance begins this winter at Broadway In Chicago's Bank of America Theatre (18 W Monroe St, Chicago). Gotta Dance begins performances on December 13, 2015 and runs through January 10, 2016.
