Pei Wei, the leader in delivering a handcrafted Pan-Asian culinary experience, has expanded its artisan cooking and cross-cultural Asian offerings with the introduction of two nutritious new rice bowls featuring the bold tastes of Thailand.
According to the Lexington Herald Leader, Kentucky native Laura Bell Bundy, who is perhaps best known for originating the role of Elle Woods in Legally Blonde, will co-direct a production of the show at the Lexington Theatre Company later this year. Bundy, who earned a Tony nomination for the role on 2007, made the announcement at the theatre's recent 'Concert With The Stars.'

Talented mixologists from choice Salt Lake City and Park City restaurants curate artisanal cocktails inspired by the season's opera productions. From January 6 to 29, 2017, 10 participating restaurants will offer expertly-crafted libations inspired by Utah Opera's 2016-17 season opening production of "Man of La Mancha" as a way of infusing food and beverage with the experience of opera.
