'BUSBY BERKELEY,' a nine-day festival spotlighting the early movie musical trailblazer famous for his eye-popping kaleidoscopic production numbers, will run at Film Forum from Today, December 7 through Thursday, December 15.

Goodspeed Musicals wants to help singers and actors to succeed in dance auditions.  In keeping with our mission to educate and support artists, Goodspeed will offer its first Goodspeed Movers Boot Camp January 6 - 8, 2017 at Pearl Studios in NYC.

Riverside Theatre, led by Producing Artistic Director/CEO Allen D. Cornell and Managing Director/COO Jon R. Moses, present Broadway's longest-running American musical, Chicago, which performs on the Stark Stage from January 3 - 22, 2017.

The Broadway at Birdland concert series will feature singer/pianist Steve Ross, returning to the historic stage on Monday, November 21 with 'The Song Is You.'

Cheryl Ann Allen will star in two shows this November and December. On November 12 at 3PM she will bring back her beloved one woman tribute Sophie Tucker In Person at the Ziegfeld Society at Lang Hall at Hunter College, 69th and Lexington. Tickets are $23 and available by visiting theziegfeldsociety.com. Ms. Allen will also return to the stage with her new show she recently debuted called, I'm A New Yorker written and directed by Ian Finkel. I'm A New Yorker will be performed at Don't Tell Mama's (343 West 46th Street) on Tuesday, November 29 and Wednesday, December 14 at 6:30pm. Hello, Dolly! taught us long ago that it takes a woman to bring us the sweet things in life, but that's not a message that the New York Times is willing to put into the world this November. According to Politico, the newspaper rejected an ad from the Broadway musical for a special 'For President' section. The ad read: 'IT TAKES A WOMAN,' and included comparatively small text listing the show's opening date and website.

In a new interview with Billboard, star of stage and screen Bette Midler discusses taking on the iconic role of Dolly Levi in the Broadway revival of HELLO DOLLY.

Since winning hearts during his stint on Strictly Come Dancing, partnered by Flavia Cacace, actor and astrologer Russell Grant has starred in Hairspray, Grease and The Wizard of Oz. He's now hosting The Golden Age of Dance, a celebration of great dance numbers from classic films like Top Hat, Follow the Fleet, Swing Time and Shall We Dance, featuring a company of West End dancers and The Novello Orchestra. The show is at Theatre Royal Drury Lane on 13 November and Wales Millennium Centre on 15 November.

Producer Scott Rudin announced today that, beginning Tuesday, June 13, two-time Tony Award®-winner and one of Broadway's most treasured stars, Donna Murphy, will step into the role of Dolly Gallagher Levi for Tuesday evening performances of the upcoming Broadway revival of Michael Stewart's (book) and Jerry Herman's (music and lyrics) Hello, Dolly!, starring the legendary Bette Midler.  (Ms. Murphy will also take over the role during Ms. Midler's vacations.)
