The Joyce Theater Foundation, Inc. will present the New York debut of the Royal New Zealand Ballet, performing a mixed bill of three works, from February 12-16. Under the artistic direction of former New York City Ballet and American Ballet Theater principal dancer Ethan Stiefel, the company will present pieces by Benjamin Millepied, Javier De Frutos and Andrew Simmons. It sets out to tell a Shakespearean play in 45 minutes, and even with the input of dramaturg Mark Lamos, the ballet can't dance, let alone move.

Koch Theatre, hosting over 700 patrons, sponsors, supporters, friends, alumni and members of the Board of Trustees. ABT's inaugural season at the David H. Koch Theatre marks the Company's first return to the venue since 1976. The gala, which serves as the opening of ABT's fall season at the Koch Theatre, raised $1.65 million dollars and a portion of the proceeds will support ABT's education and community outreach programs.
