The National Alliance For Musical Theatre (NAMT) announced today its selections for the 26th Annual Festival of New Musicals. Beautiful Poison, Cubamor, Great Wall, How To Break, Mary Marie, The Noteworthy Life of Howard Barnes, String and Stu For Silverton make up the eight new musicals that will be presented at the 26th Annual Festival of New Musicals today, October 23, 2014 and Friday, October 24, 2014 at New World Stages (340 West 50th Street).

Las Vegas is considered by many to be the 'ninth island' of Hawaii. The Las Vegas Philharmonic's first Pops Series concert for the 2014-15 season will celebrate the strong connection between the tropical paradise and our desert oasis by showcasing traditional and popular Hawaiian music in a program called 'Aloha from Las Vegas.' The concert will take place Saturday, November 15th at 7:30PM in Reynolds Hall, The Smith Center for the Performing Arts.

Comedy Central has once again joined forces with Jon Stewart's Busboy Productions and New York Collaborates for Autism for its sixth biennial special event, 'Night of Too Many Stars: America Comes Together for Autism Programs.' Taping on Saturday, February 28 from the Beacon Theatre in New York City, the benefit for Autism programs will feature Stewart hosting an evening filled with live performances, sketches and short films from a roster of comedy all-stars. 'Night of Too Many Stars' will premiere on Comedy Central on Sunday, March 8.
