Puerto Rican performer Ektor Rivera - winner of the Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony and Simon Fuller reality series 'Q'Viva! The Chosen' - recently made his Broadway debut as Emilio Estefan in ON YOUR FEET!, the new Broadway musical based on the life story of seven-time GRAMMY winning international superstar Gloria Estefan and her husband, 19-time GRAMMY winning producer-musician-entrepreneur Emilio Estefan. Rivera joins Theater World Award-winning Cuban-American actress Ana Villafañe, named one of The Hollywood Reporter's top Broadway Breakout Stars of the Year for her 'star-is-born, supernova debut' (Deadline) as Gloria Estefan.

Nederlander, Estefan Enterprises, Inc and Bernie Yuman are pleased to announce a new block of tickets has gone on-sale, now through April 2, 2017, for ON YOUR FEET!, the new Broadway musical based on the life story of seven-time GRAMMY® winning international superstar Gloria Estefan and her husband, 19-time GRAMMY® winning producer-musician-entrepreneur Emilio Estefan. ON YOUR FEET! opened on Broadway on Thursday, November 5, 2015, following preview performances which began on Monday, October 5, 2015, at the Marquis Theatre in New York City.  The musical is directed by two-time Tony Award® winner Jerry Mitchell (Kinky Boots, Hairspray) and choreographed by Olivier Award winner and Tony Award nominee Sergio Trujillo(Jersey Boys, Memphis) with an original book by Academy Award winner Alexander Dinelaris (Birdman, The Bodyguard Musical).

What would you sacrifice for your American dream? Must the American dream come at the cost of human dignity? These are the questions at the center of The New York Musical Festival's Developmental Reading of BREAD AND ROSES, a new musical with book and lyrics by Jill Abramovitz and music by Brad Alexander, inspired by true events and based on the film by Paul Laverty and Ken Loach. The cast features Genny Lis Padilla (On Your Feet, In The Heights), Nick Blaemire (Godspell, The SpongeBob Musical), Jessica Vosk (Fiddler, Finding Neverland), Mandy Gonzalez (In The Heights, Wicked) Ta'Rea Campbell (Book of Mormon, Little Shop) Wally Dunn (West Side Story, All Shook Up), Diomargy Nuñez (Frida Liberada) and Jon Rua (Hamilton).

Gloria Estefan has sold over 100 million records and sold out stadiums around the world, they're about to sell some more. BroadwayWorld has just confirmed that the cast on ON YOUR FEET! will record a live album today. ? Producers James L. Nederlander, Estefan Enterprises, Inc and Bernie Yuman have announced the launch of an online ticket lottery, powered by Broadway Direct, for ON YOUR FEET!, the new hit musical based on the lives and music of Emilio & Gloria Estefan. Launching tomorrow, Tuesday, December 15, the lottery will open at 9:00AM each day for entries to win a limited number of $40 same-day tickets to that evening's performance at www.onyourfeetmusical.com/tickets, and will remain open until 2:00PM when winners are drawn. Winners, notified by email immediately upon the 2:00PM drawing, will have 60 minutes to claim their tickets by paying with credit card, and can pick up the tickets at the Marquis Theatre Box Office (46th Street between Broadway & 8th Avenue) 30 minutes prior to showtime. Photo ID is required for pickup, seat locations and number of tickets awarded by the lottery are subject to availability.

The Red Fern Theatre Company presents Identity Crisis: A Benefit Concert on February 9th at 7pm at Stage 72 (formerly The Triad). This one night only event brings together some of Broadway and the entertainment industry's finest artists performing songs identifying the ups and downs about who they are, what they have experienced, and how they got to where they are today.
