The New Jersey Repertory Company presents the World Premiere of Noir by Stan Werse, directed by Marc Geller. Noir will begin preview performances on Thursday, April 4, 2013 and will celebrate its opening night on Saturday, April 6 at New Jersey Repertory Company (179 Broadway, Long Branch, NJ), running through Sunday, May 5.

Molotov Theatre Group, Washington DC's only Grand Guignol theatre company, has announced its 2013/2014 season, which includes 'Extremities,' 'Normal' and 'Killer Joe,' and is issuing a call for directors for two of the shows.

A courtroom is not where one usually encounters rare movie posters, but that's where New Jersey collector Ralph DeLuca made the score of a lifetime - a 1927 German poster advertising Fritz Lang's sci-fi classic Metropolis.

The Englert Theatre has announced its Centennial Celebration programming schedule. It seems eerie yet fitting that the Los Angeles stop of Cirque du Soleil's MICHAEL JACKSON: THE IMMORTAL WORLD TOUR took place over the weekend at none other than the Staples Center in Los Angeles. It is, after all, the very same venue where Jackson held rehearsals for his planned 2009 World Tour 'This Is It' before passing away rather suddenly in June of that year. Days later, the venue then also served as host to the pop star's public memorial service watched by millions around the world on live television. So to see this extravagant, dance-heavy, visually-arresting tribute to the King of Pop here makes absolute perfect sense.
