BWW Review: HADLEY FRASER & WILL BUTTERWORTH, Live at Zedel

Music is the centrepiece at Hadley Fraser and Will Butterworth's show at Zedel. During the evening, they revisit classics - ranging from Broadway's beloved Stephen Sondheim, and touching Paul Simon, Harry Connick Jr, Nat King Cole, and Stevie Wonder - as if Tony Bennett and Bill Evans were to produce the arrangements.

Bucks County Playhouse's Executive Producer Robyn Goodman, Producing Director Alexander Fraser and Producers Stephen Kocis and Josh Fiedler have announced details on the world premiere production of 'Clue: On Stage,' the outrageous new comedy adapted from the cult classic film. Performances begin May 2, 2017 with an official press opening on Saturday, May 6.

The world premiere of an all-female version of Posh, which is currently running at London's Pleasance Theatre with a press night set for 3 April, gives Laura Wade's play a new, topical voice by allowing women to take centre stage in roles originally written for men. The production is directed by Off West End Award winner Cressida Carre. Gary Lamont To Star In GREASE At King's Theatre Glasgow

Tonye Patano to Star in Dominique Morisseau's SKELETON CREW at The Old Globe; Cast Announced!

The Old Globe today announced the complete cast and creative team of Skeleton Crew by Dominique Morisseau. The Globe is the first regional theatre in the country to mount the play, which was presented here as a reading in the 2014 Powers New Voices Festival before an acclaimed Off Broadway run. San Diego director Delicia Turner Sonnenberg makes her Globe debut to helm the award-winning drama, which is presented in association with San Diego's MOXIE Theatre, where Turner Sonnenberg is Founding Artistic Director.

Full Casting Announced for FOOTLOOSE UK Tour and Limited West End Season

???????Full casting is announced today for Footloose: The Musical, which returns next month following a smash-hit 2016 tour. Opening at New Wimbledon Theatre on Friday 21 April, the tour will include a strictly limited West End season at The Peacock, playing for three weeks from Tuesday 12 September 2017. 

The Cole Foundation Announces Grant Winners for Intercultural Conversations

The Cole Foundation is pleased to announce the latest grant winners for the Intercultural Conversations-Conversations Interculturelles (IC-CI) programme, initiated to encourage greater understanding of Montreal's cultural mosaic by having audiences enjoy professional plays that present stories and issues of cultural minorities on stage. Focusing on intercultural and multicultural conversation for their community initiatives, over the past eight years the Cole Foundation has cultivated and strengthened a canon of theatrical work incorporating these themes. A number of companies, both established and independent, have nurtured shows through the various funding opportunities: commissioning/creation grants, productions grants, and translation grants; sharing works among companies, showing others' histories on stage, enabling plays to be presented to new audiences and encouraging dialogue along the way.

Canadian Stage presents Robert Lepage's Autobiographical Spectacle 887

After mesmerizing audiences in a sold-out run at the 2015 Panamania Festival, Canadian Stage brings Robert Lepage's critically-lauded 887 back to Toronto for a limited engagement April 7 to 16 at the Bluma Appel Theatre. Written, directed, designed and performed by Quebec theatre visionary Robert Lepage (Needles and Opium, Far Side of the Moon), 887 combines the technical wizardry of his company Ex Machina with a highly-intimate autobiographical foray into the world of memory. Presented in English.

For the first part of the West End run, Anna-Jane Casey steps in for the injured Tamzin Outhwaite.
