Organist Felix Hell to Perform at St. John's United Church of Christ, 4/26

World- renowned organist Felix Hell will perform on a 1963 M.P. Moller Organ, Opus 9640 Sunday, April 26, 2015, 4:00 PM, St. John's United Church of Christ, 1811 Lincoln Way East Chambersburg, PA. A meet-the-artist reception will take place following the concert in the church Fellowship Hall. The church is handicapped accessible using the Lincoln Way East entrance.

Berkeley Rep's THE PIANIST OF WILLESDEN LANE to Return in February

Berkeley Repertory Theatre has announced that its critically lauded presentation of The Pianist of Willesden Lane, starring acclaimed pianist Mona Golabek, will return in February for a limited engagement. After a record-breaking run last fall and a triumphant New York premiere, Golabek is back with the true story of her mother, Lisa Jura, a young Jewish musician whose dreams are interrupted by the Nazi regime.

Hershey Felder as Irving Berlin is now on-stage in the Gil Cates Theater at the Geffen Playhouse. The director is Trevor Hay, who collaborated with the performer and playwright on An American Story, Abe Lincoln's Piano, Hershey Felder as Franz Liszt and The Pianist of Willesden Lane.

Las Vegas Philharmonic Presents GREAT EUROPEAN MASTERY Concert Tonight

The Las Vegas Philharmonic will present its second Masterworks Series performance, 'Great European Mastery,' tonight, November 22nd, in Reynolds Hall at The Smith Center for the Performing Arts at 7:30PM. The program will feature Weber's Overture to Oberon, Beethoven's Fourth Piano Concerto, and Brahms First Symphony. The concert will be conducted by Music Director and Conductor of the Eugene Symphony, Danail Rachev.
