MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET Extends Run Through Aug 31

Million Dollar Quartet, the longest-running Broadway musical production in Chicago's history, has been extended through August 31, 2014. With over 2,000 performances and 5 smash years in Chicago, the Tony Award-winning rock 'n' roll musical recently set a new record for the longest-running Broadway musical in Chicago. Tickets will go on sale Friday, February 7, 2014, at 10am.

Jeremy Jordan, Santino Fontana, Kara Lindsay & More Set for A VERY BROADWAY VALENTINE'S DAY at 54 Below, 2/13

On the eve of Valentine's Day, Kara Lindsay, currently starring in Disney's “Newsies” on Broadway, will be joined on-stage by her husband Kevin Massey (Memphis), her college best friend Kirsten Scott (Big Fish), her original “Newsies” co-star, Jeremy Jordan ('Smash'), his wife, Ashley Spencer (Rock of Ages), Santino Fontana ('Frozen'), his girlfriend Jessica Hershberg (Cinderella), Drew Gehling (Jersey Boys), his wife Sara Jean Ford (The Phantom of the Opera), Patrick Cummings (Happiness), his girlfriend, Alessa Neeck (Cinderella), Thea Brooks (Dirty Dancing), and musical director Benjamin Rauhala (Hit List) in a celebration of Broadway romance, both on and off-stage. The evening will also feature bluegrass trio 'Shubert Alley,' featuring Kevin Massey, his brother Patrick Massey, and Jamison Scott (Spider-Man). They will be accompanied by Rauhala on the keys, and Charlie Rosen (One Man, Two Guvnors), who will alternate on bass, acoustic guitar, and drums. This is one concert no hopeless romantic should miss!

San Francisco Early Music Society to Present Quicksilver, 2/28-3/2

The San Francisco Early Music Society will present the West Coast debut of one of America's most acclaimed new chamber groups,Quicksilver. The New York Times calls Quicksilver 'rock stars within the early music-scene'.Early Music America describes their playing as 'drop dead gorgeous'. And the Huffington Postnames their 2011 recording, Stile Moderno: New Music from the Seventeenth Century, its 'Breakthrough Album of the Year'. The weekend of February 28 to March 2, Quicksilver performs a program titled The Early Moderns, exploring the strange and extravagant trio sonatas and related music from seventeenth-century Italy and Germany.

A Fairytale Flashback: CINDERELLA Bids Adieu to Laura Osnes and Santino Fontana

On February 4, 'Call Me Maybe' singer Carly Rae Jepsen will replace Laura Osnes as the title role in Rodgers & Hammerstein's CINDERELLA, currently playing at the Broadway Theatre. Andrea Martin, Chuck Cooper & More to Join Tony Shaloub, Santino Fontana in James Lapine's ACT ONE on Broadway

Lincoln Center Theater has announced that Bill Army, Will Brill, Laurel Casillo, Chuck Cooper, Steven Kaplan, Will LeBow, Mimi Lieber, Charlotte Maier, Andrea Martin, Deborah Offner, Matthew Saldivar, Matthew Schechter, Bob Stillman and Amy Warren will join Santino Fontana and Tony Shalhoub in the cast of its upcoming production of ACT ONE, a play written and directed by James Lapine from the autobiography by Moss Hart. The production is scheduled to begin previews Thursday, March 20 and open on Thursday, April 17 at the Vivian Beaumont Theater (150 West 65 Street).

First Look - Carly Rae Jepsen Dons CINDERELLA Gown and Slippers!

Pop star Carly Rae Jepsen just shared a photo on Instagram and another on Twitter of her stepping into CINDERELLA's gown and slippers for the first time in preparation for her Broadway debut in February. Currently playing at the Broadway Theatre (1681 Broadway in NYC), Rodgers + Hammerstein's CINDERELLA began previews in January of 2013 and opened on March 3.

Breaking News: Broadway's CINDERELLA Announces Casting Update: Joe Carroll to Succeed Santino Fontana, Victoria Clark Will Return

The producers of the hit musical CINDERELLA on Broadway announce new cast members who will join the company in the coming weeks: starting January 28, Joe Carroll begins performances as Prince Topher, taking over the role from original cast member and Tony Award nominee Santino Fontana, who concludes his year-long run in the musical. Also beginningJanuary 28, Todd Buonopane will replace original cast member Greg Hildreth as the rebel Jean-Michel; and CINDERELLA ensemble member Stephanie Gibson will replace Marla Mindelle as stepsister Gabrielle. On January 21, Tony Award winner Victoria Clark will return as Cinderella's Fairy Godmother Marie, which she originated and for which she received a Tony Award nomination. Tony nominee Rebecca Luker has performed the role of Marie since September.
