A month has passed, 'Jeremy's Fort' has opened to critical acclaim at Threshold Arts, and Penny (Kate Wetherhead) is still reeling from having Serena (Donna Vivino) find out about her tortured 'relationship' with Aaron (Santino Fontana). Despite their best efforts, not even Tim (Colin Hanlon) or her parents (Beth Leavel and Rick Elice) can lift her out of her funk. Meanwhile, Steven (Stephen Bienskie) and Cameron (Max von Essen) make slow but steady progress in planning an engagement party, and Vincent Savio (Nehal Joshi) is brought face to face with the 'nobodies' promised by Gail (Lindsay Nicole Chmabers) in the first round of auditions for the 'Light Me Up' workshop. Guest stars include Laura Osnes, John Conlee, Maddie Corman, Jenn Harris, Lucas Papaelias, Jenn Colella, Sadie Sink, David Saint and Executive Producer Kevin McCollum!
'Submissions Only,' Broadway's favorite webseries, will air its newest episode on BroadwayWorld.com on Monday, May 26 at 12:00 a.m., its new air time! Episode 7 of Submissions Only will then be available to view on demand at any time throughout the day on Monday.
Just last night, 'Submissions Only' co-creators Kate Wetherhead and Andrew Keenan-Bolger celebrated the songs of their hit web series at 54 Below. Under the music direction of Michael Croiter, the Submissions Only House Band, along with a number of exciting guest stars, performed a selection of music from all three seasons of the show, including original songs like 'Two Cents,' 'Wrong Spot' and 'Nobody Does Mean Like Me.'
STARS IN THE ALLEY, presented by United Airlines, was presented yesterday, May 21st in Shubert Alley, between Broadway and 8th Avenue and 44th and 45th Streets. To add to the festivities leading up to the Tony Awards, the free outdoor concert in the heart of the Theatre District celebrated Broadway with star appearances and exciting performances from over 20 new shows and long-running favorites, accompanied by a live 12-piece orchestra.

Outer Critics Circle, the organization of writers covering New York theatre for out-of-town newspapers, national publications and other media beyond Broadway, welcomes Broadway stars Billy Porter, Victoria Clark, Terrence Mann, Andrea Martin and Shuler Hensley as gala award presenters for the 64th Annual Outer Critics Circle Awards ceremony tonight, May 22nd (4PM) at the legendary Sardi's Restaurant. In addition to being acclaimed stage performers, the stars are also former recipients of the esteemed Outer Critics Circle Award. The national organization will post award winners in 24 Broadway/Off-Broadway categories.

The Freeman Studio, the Tribeca-based acting studio led by Scott Freeman, continues to supplement its acting curriculum with an unusual mix of panels, talks and workshops in May. The so-called extracurricular activities, which give actors a rich environment in which to broaden creatively and even experiment, include free industry panels and talks, and low-cost workshops called Saturday Specials. Most of these add-ons are led by notable theatre artists, are either free or low-cost, and are open to the public.
