James, Jerry Springer, Lisa Lampanelli and more gathered at the Copacabana in New York to celebrate the recent release of Michael Musto's newest book, Fork On The Left, Knife in the Back. This new commentary - and fourth book from the Villiage Voice favorite - examines the genesis of our current pop culture.

Also celebrating with the cast on Friday night were restaurateur Florent Morellet and a sold-out crowd of theatergoers.
