Last night, February 14, NAKED ANGELS celebrated its 25th anniversary as one of the most innovative theatre companies in New York with a spectacular Gala, including cocktails, an elegant dinner and skits written and performed by Naked Angels company members. Company Members Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick served as Honorary Co-Chairs for the evening, with entertainment directed by Tony Award-winning Company Member Joe Mantello.

Naked Angels will celebrate its 25th Anniversary as one of the most innovative theatre companies in New York with a spectacular Gala at Roseland Ballroom (239 West 52nd Street). Conceived as an imagined history of Naked Angels - and promising to be bigger than all of the company's previous parties put together - One Big Ball will be a frivolous and inauthentic romp through Naked Angels' 25 years, written and performed by Naked Angels members, with many friends and surprise guests. Naked Angels company member and Tony Award-winner Joe Mantello directs the evening.

GHETTO KLOWN will play a 12-week Broadway engagement, beginning previews on Monday, February 21 and opening on Tuesday, March 22. This marks John's fifth one-man play and his third on Broadway. Fania Records announced today a new association with award winning actor John Leguizamo and WestBeth Entertainment. The CD titled 'GHETTO KLOWN' - MUSIC FROM MY HOOD, curated by Leguizamo, will include tracks from the famed Latin music label and will be accompanied by a booklet with liner notes and photos.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences will kick off its 29th annual 'Contemporary Documentaries' screening series with last year's Oscar-winning feature 'The Cove' and Oscar-nominated short 'China's Unnatural Disaster: The Tears of Sichuan Province' on Wednesday, September 22, at 7 p.m. at the Linwood Dunn Theater in Hollywood. Admission to all screenings in the series is free.
