Broadway's Charlotte d'Amboise (Pippin), Felicia Finley (Mamma Mia!) and Mara Davi (A Chorus Line, Smash) are set to perform on Sunday, September 29 at 7:30pm at NYU's Skirball Center for the Performing Arts (566 LaGuardia Place) where Oscar and Tony Award-winning actressCatherine Zeta-Jones will be honored at the NYC Dance Alliance Foundation's Bright Lights Shining Stars Gala, receiving their prestigiousAmbassador for the Arts Award. Also set to perform are Joanne Borts (Once), Clifton Brown (Jessica Lange Dance), Luke Spring (A Christmas Story) and Adrienne Warren (Bring it On).

On September 30 (7pm), some of Broadway's biggest stars will sing a song or tell their story at an intimate Salon benefiting Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS at 210 Central Park South. Among the performers scheduled to appear are Maya Days, Meghann Fahy, Felicia Finley, Jose Llana, Andrea McArdle, N'Kenge, Chris Noth, Kate Shindle, Christopher Sieber and Kevin Spirtas.

The biggest day of the year for Broadway fans will include one-of-a-kind opportunities to own a part of theatre history or to step into the footlights as Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS presents the 27th Annual Broadway Flea Market & Grand Auction (#bwayflea).

On August 26, Marty Thomas (Xanadu, Wicked, The Secret Garden) celebrated his birthday with the 5th Annual Glitter Ball at Industry Bar. There was an all star concert featuring the Divas: Kelly King, Alexa Green and Marissa Rosen, Saycon Sengbloh, N'Kenge, Anna Harrington, Kate Rockwell, Kat Hennessey and Rachelle Rak. MAMMA MIA!, the global smash hit musical based on the songs of ABBA, will transfer from the Winter Garden Theatre to the Broadhurst Theatre this fall. BroadwayWorld has conformed that the show will play its final performance at the Winter Garden on October 19. Peformances will begin at the Broadhurst on November 2.

Good to Go Entertainment has announced the reading of their inaugural project the new musical Motel Rasdell - a new musical by Danielle DeMatteo (music and lyrics) and Chrisina Bracco (book) will take place in New York City today, January 22nd under the direction of Donnie Kehr (Jersey Boys, Billy Elliot). Broadway's Felicia Finley (Mamma Mia, The Wedding Singer), Sara Schmidt (Jersey Boys) and Tracy McDowell (Rent) are among those who will be participating.
