After presiding over her 50th original show as Artistic Director for the 92Y's Lyrics & Lyricists American Songbook concert series, Deborah Grace Winer announced she will be leaving to explore new opportunities to celebrate classic Broadway and the American songbook.

Last night all eyes were on New York City and the 71st TONY Awards, but in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma at the Kristin Chenoweth Theater at Broken Arrow Performing Arts Center the hometown girl hosted a TONY viewing party to launch her Broadway Bootcamp this week. In attendance were 45 students who will participate in a series of classes and performance led by industry professionals who flew in and are arriving for the week's activities. They include, fresh from her Isabelle Stevenson Award win, Broadway's Baayork Lee, Tony winner, Faith Prince, Tony nominees, John Tartaglia and Lara Teeter, director, Richard Jay-Alexander, music directors, Michael Orland and Mary-Mitchell Campbell, Broadway photographer, Bruce Glikas, and even Craig Burns from Telsey Casting who will be participating via satellite. 

SiriusXM Broadway host Seth Rudetsky and husband James Wesley have announce additional performers for the sixth edition of CONCERT FOR AMERICA: STAND UP, SING OUT! at San Francisco's Curran (445 Geary Street) on Saturday, June 24th at 7:00pm, during the annual San Francisco Pride weekend festivities.

Just some of the original songs you will hear at The Duplex Cabaret and Piano Bar on Friday, June 30, as Aussie cabaret songstress Analisa Bell transforms the cabaret theater into her own subway car and takes you for a ride with "Off the Rails: Songs of the Subway". Bell has lived in New York City for 2 and a half years, moving to the Big Apple after a successful cabaret career in her native Australia, and in that time, she's seen and experienced all the quirkiness the subway has to offer.

Broadway veterans Carole Demas, who originated the role of Sandy in Grease, and Sarah Rice, who originated the role of Johanna in Sweeney Todd, have teamed up to celebrate the music of Tom Jones and Harvey Schmidt, composers of THE FANTASTICKS, 110 IN THE SHADE, I DO! I DO! and more. Demas and Rice have based their show on their 50 years of work and personal relationships with Jones and Schmidt. 

In its third year, Kristin Chenoweth's Broadway Bootcamp is bringing energetic and exciting changes, starting with the namesake Emmy and Tony winner bringing a lot of her friends from across the country to help mold 45 young Broadway hopefuls during her camp June 12-16.

Sirius XM's Seth Rudesky and James Wesley have announced that the sixth edition of CONCERT FOR AMERICA: STAND UP, SING OUT! will travel to San Francisco's Curran (445 Geary Street) on Saturday, June 24th at 7:00pm.

Tony Award winner, Donna McKechnie's new show, Same Place: Another Time, is a musical deja vu celebrating the scintillating 70's in New York City - the heyday of Studio 54. The journey she takes puts a personal spin on the "ingenue" coming to New York, finding love and success, losing her innocence along the way, perhaps, but never her spirit. It is beautifully illuminated by the music of Irving Berlin, Stephen Sondheim, Marvin Hamlisch, Peter Allen, Jim Croce and Leroy Anderson.

Internationally acclaimed cabaret artist Jason Graae will be taking the lead role in Feinstein's/54 Below's concert presentation of Charles Strouse and Lee Adams' A BROADWAY MUSICAL on Sunday July 16th, at 7pm and 9:30pm.

The Cabaret's next season of engaging, intimate performances continues at Indiana Landmarks Center's Cook Theater.  The Cabaret's 2017 Summer/Fall season, which includes nine Broadway stars and the debut of local chanteuse, Gail Payne, kicks off on Friday, June 30.

Dolly Gallagher Levi is back and she'll never go away again! The Broadway revival of Michael Stewart and Jerry Herman's masterpiece Hello, Dolly! is directed by four-time Tony Award winner Jerry Zaks and choreographed by Tony Award winner Warren Carlyle, Hello, Dolly! opened just last night at Broadway's Shubert Theatre, starring the one and only Bette Midler.

Brick Road Theatre will present A MAN OF NO IMPORTANCE, the 2003 Outer Critics Circle Best Musical Award recipient, on May 5th-13th, 2017. The Tony Award-winning trio behind RAGTIME writes the show: Terrance McNally (Book), Stephen Flaherty (music) and Lynn Ahrens (lyrics). Lon Barrera directs.

As previously announced, Tony Award-winners Barry Bostwick and Joanna Gleason will revisit Nick and Nora in a reunion concert presented by FEINSTEIN'S/54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, on May 2nd, 2017. Feinstein's now proudly announces that the show's original stars will be joined by special guest Cady Huffman (Tony Award-winner, The Producers, The Nance, Will Rogers' Follies) as Tracy Gardner. Huffman will step into the role originated by Christine Baranski. Also joining the ensemble is Carly Sakolove (Newsical, Mammia Mia! National Tour), who will step into the role of Lorraine Bixby, originated by Faith Prince.

For the seventh season since taking the reigns at Provincetown's Art House, Producing Artistic Director Mark Cortale has announced his largest music and comedy lineup yet. Topping the bill again will be the internationally successful 'Broadway @' series, which dynamic duo Cortale and creative partner Seth Rudetsky began in Ptown in 2011 and now makes its home in more than 15 major venues worldwide.

Bucks County Playhouse's Executive Producer Robyn Goodman, Producing Director Alexander Fraser and Producers Stephen Kocis and Joshua Fiedler announced additional casting for the Oscar Hammerstein Festival's Benefit concert, 'Hammerstein in Hollywood,' at Bucks County Playhouse on Saturday, April 22 at 8:00 pm.
