The Path Fund, Inc. has just announced that Drama Desk Award nominee Cheryl Freeman (The Civil War, The Who's Tommy), Billy Porter (Angels in America, Ghetto Superstar) and Gerry MacIntyre (Once on this Island) will appear in the 18th edition of ROCKERS ON BROADWAY set to take the stage of the Midtown Theatre @ HA! (163 West 46th Street, NYC) for two shows (7:00 PM and 10:00 PM) on Monday October 31, 2011 with proceeds benefitting The Broadway Dreams Foundation, Broadway in South Africa and Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.
This summer, BroadwayWorld.com introduced it's first, exclusive, fully scripted program series - SUBMISSIONS ONLY, created, written, and directed by Kate Wetherhead and Andrew Keenan-Bolger. The pair also stars in the series, which enjoyed an extremely successful Season 1 on YouTube and was streamed throughout the summer on BroadwayWorld.com in anticipation of SUBMISSIONS ONLY's second season, which will now be broadcast EXCLUSIVELY on BroadwayWorld.

On the eve of the opening of I Married Wyatt Earp, New York Theatre Barn will present A Celebration of Women Composers. The evening will benefit New York Theatre Barn and will feature songs by emerging songwriters Julia Meinwald (Pregnancy Pact), Zoe Sarnak (The Quad), Katya Stanislavskaya (Women on Love), and Shaina Taub (The Daughters).

Also on hand to perform will be The WD's (singer Eric Michael Krop and composer Zoe Sarnack), champion Irish step dancer/harpist/singer Russell Patrick Brown and vocalist Kelsey Youmans.
