On Sat, Jan 15, 2011 at 7:30pm - Grammy-nominee & American Icon star FRENCHIE DAVIS will join TY TAYLOR (CBS' Rockstar:INXS') & VON SMITH (American Idol) to sing the Music of Louis Armstrong, Elvis Presley and Prince in Upright Cabaret's American Icon Series 'MIGHTY MISSISSIPPI' concert at Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza in Thousand Oaks, CA.

Award-winning blues rock star, guitar hero and singer-songwriter Joe Bonamassa and his ace touring band will perform in concert to a full house at the historic Balboa Theatre on Friday, February 18, 2011 at 8PM. The SOLD OUT show is in support of his upcoming, as yet untitled album, which will be released on Bonamassa's J&R Adventures label in March 2011.

'Hard Rock Cafe Hollywood Blvd. Presents' is a music special featuring music videos from Katy Perry and Lady Antebellum, exclusive acoustic performances by Grammy nominees Little Big Town, Vanguard recording artist Stacy Clark, Brent Roske from the Grammy Museum and American Idol winner Kris Allen. The music special, filmed on location at the brand new Hard Rock Cafe on Hollywood Boulevard, is scheduled to air 1/1/11 on KNBC-Los Angeles at 2:30am.

The sale will feature over 70 guitars and 70 amps that have helped create Clapton's legendary sound. This is the first time the rock icon has donated his historic amplifiers to auction and gives fans a rare opportunity to purchase a piece of Clapton history. The auction is being held to benefit The Crossroads Centre, Antigua. Following on the heels of his recently released new album CLAPTON, legendary English singer/songwriter/guitarist Eric Clapton announced the initial dates for his Spring 2011 tour that will encompass the West Coast of the U.S. followed by a run of shows in Ireland and the U.K. The dates will include a stop at the MGM Grand Garden Arena Saturday, March 5 at 8 p.m. Special guest Los Lobos will open the evening's show.
