Joining the previously announced Jean Smart who will play Debra's mother Arlane, Garner will star as Terra Newell, while Temple will star as Veronica Newell. The scripted anthology series, based on the articles and breakout true crime podcast of the same name from Los Angeles Times reporter Christopher Goffard, tells the true story of how Debra's romance with the charismatic John Meehan spiraled into secrets, denial and manipulation.
Jean Smart (“Legion,” “Fargo”) will recur in Bravo Media's “Dirty John” playing Arlane Hart, Debra's (Connie Britton) mother. Smart will join Britton and Eric Bana in the scripted anthology series based on the articles and breakout true crime podcast of the same name from Los Angeles Times reporter Christopher Goffard. The series reunites Smart with Bana, who she previously starred alongside in the film “Lucky You.”

Bron Media Corp.'s genre label The Realm will produce the sci-fi thriller PARALLEL in association with Creative Wealth Media. The film, to be directed by Isaac Ezban from a screenplay by Scott Blaszak, will begin production mid-November in Vancouver.
BEATRIZ AT DINNER, the Bron Studios and Killer Films production staring Salma Hayek and John Lithgow, has begun production in Los Angeles, with Miguel Arteta directing from a screenplay by Mike White.
Bron Studios has come on board to co-produce and finance TULLY, the latest from Oscar nominated director Jason Reitman and Oscar winning screenwriter Diablo Cody, it was announced today by Aaron L. Gilbert, Bron's managing director. The film, to start production in late summer in Vancouver, will star Oscar winner Charlize Theron.
