World Premiere Of WICKED PAGAN GAYS Comes to The Zephyr Theatre

The world premiere of Wicked Pagan Gays by playwright Jeff Dinnell, produced by 20 Milligrams Entertainment and Directed by Kiff Scholl, will open February 23rd at The Zephyr Theatre on Melrose. Tickets on sale at: www.plays411.com/wicked.

Four Out-of-Print The Apples in Stereo Albums Set For Reissue on Yep Roc Records

Beginning on November 3, Yep Roc Records will reissue four long out-of-print vinyl albums by legendary indie artists The Apples in stereo. These vinyl reissues include Tone Soul Evolution on November 3, Her Wallpaper Reverie will follow November 24, with The Discovery of a World Inside the Moone, and Velocity of Sound in January and February 2018, respectively.

Musical Theatre Factory to Present Staged Reading of BOYS WHO TRICKED ME, 7/21

Musical Theatre Factory (MTF) presents a staged reading of Ben Bonnema's new interactive concert, BOYS WHO TRICKED ME. Billed as MTF's "big gay sleepover," the show encourages audience members to share secrets and stories, slumber-party style. An evening of songs about love gone wrong, lust gone right, and that nagging fear that you will die alone, BOYS WHO TRICKED ME stars Mike Longo (MTF's The Disappearing Man, Hair National Tour), Michael De Souza (Transport Theatre Company's Once Upon A Mattress), and Remy Germinario (Bunnicula National Tour).

Atlas Shrugged Part 3 Now in Production

Atlas Distribution Company announced today that 'Atlas Shrugged: Who is John Galt?' went into production on Monday, January 20th. The movie's release is slated for September 2014.

ESPN Inc. Announces Over 30 Hours of Weekly NFL Programming

ESPN kicks off the 43rd season of Monday Night Football on Sept. 10 with a doubleheader: Cincinnati Bengals vs. Baltimore Ravens (7 p.m. ET), and San Diego Chargers vs. Oakland Raiders (10:15 p.m.) MNF's new two-person booth of Mike Tirico (play-by-play) and Jon Gruden (analyst) will call the opener with new sideline reporter Lisa Salters.

West Coast Ensemble's smash-hit critically-acclaimed production of GYPSY, with music by Jule Styne, lyrics by Stephen Sondheim, book by Arthur Laurents, musical direction by Johanna Kent, choreography by John Todd and directed by Richard Israel, will close on Sunday, July 31 at the Theatre of Arts Arena Stage, 1625 N.
