Untethered is directed by Jen Bloom, featuring Joy Osmanski and Adam J. Smith, and features original music by Steven Kai van Betten. The original 1960's inspired sci-fi musical WILD WOMEN OF PLANET WONGO gets an immersive, dance-party infused production beginning June 11. This theatrical extravaganza will transform the bar and gallery space of Bushwick's Brooklyn Fireproof into Planet Wongo where audience members can dance, interact with sexy alien beings and be part of the show. Wongo is based on a concept by Ben Budick with music by Dave Ogrin, lyrics by Ben Budick, Steve Mackes and Dave Ogrin and a book by Steve Mackes. David Rigano directs. Performances begin June 11.

The Old Globe today announced the complete cast and creative team for the West Coast premiere of an exciting new American play, Rich Girl, by acclaimed playwright Victoria Stewart, continuing the Globe's 80th Anniversary festivities as part of the Balboa Park Centennial Celebration. Rich Girl will be directed by James Vasquez (Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas!, Richard O'Brien's The Rocky Horror Show), and will play May 23 - June 21, 2015, in the Sheryl and Harvey White Theatre, part of the Globe's Conrad Prebys Theatre Center.
