Mexico City's beloved Christmas Classic LA VILLA DE SANTA CLAUS (Santa Claus's Village), is headed to Southern California this holiday season, for a limited engagement run at the Fox Performing Arts Center in Riverside for one weekend only, November 29 thru December 2. Part Christmas musical and part interactive North Pole experience, LA VILLA DE SANTA CLAUS features a book by Xavier Lopez Miranda & Magalli Urquieta, music and lyrics by Xavier Lopez Miranda and Marcial Alejandro & direction by Edgardo Lar. Telemundo announced the winners of the “Latin American Music Awards” (Latin AMAs), which paid tribute to today's most prominent and iconic Latin artists, as voted by the fans in the tradition of the “American Music Awards,” the world's largest fan-voted award show. On a night filled with high energy performances and surprise collaborations from a diverse array of English and Latin music artists, Ozuna (3) and CNCO (3), were tied as the night's top winners. Produced by Telemundo and Somos Productions, the Latin AMAs opened with the fashionable and glamorous arrival of the stars on the red carpet at the iconic Hollywood Boulevard, as they made their way into the prestigious Dolby Theatre where the awards ceremony took place. This year the Awards show celebrated women in music and was hosted by a formidable group of women including Aracely Arambula, Becky G, Gloria Trevi, Lesley Grace and Roselyn Sanchez.
