Scott Siegel's sixth annual Broawday Unplugged concert rocked the Town Hall last week.

The York Theatre Company (James Morgan, Producing Artistic Director; W. David McCoy, Chairman of the Board) will honor Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning Broadway songwriters Jerry Bock and Sheldon Harnick with the 18th Oscar Hammerstein Award for Lifetime Achievement in Musical Theatre on Monday, November 23rd.

Following the great success of her spring engagement, dynamic singer Cindy Marchionda returns by very popular demand to The Laurie Beechman Theater for a four month series of Saturdays that began August 15 and continues Nov. 21st with her sensational show, 'live at the beechman!'

The 6th Annual Broadway Unplugged Concert at The Town Hall took place on Monday, November 16th. The concert's musical director, for the sixth consecutive year, was Ross Patterson. Taking the helm as director was Scott Coulter.

David Brian Colbert will be joining the cast of Broadway luminaries such as Marc Kudisch, Emily Skinner, Daniel Reichard, Tony Yazbeck, Jeffry Denman and Sarah Jane McMahon as well as opera star John Easterlin and a host of others in the Sixth Annual Broadway Unplugged Concert at Town Hall.

More stars have been added to The Sixth Annual Broadway Unplugged concert at The Town Hall on Monday, November 16th at 8 PM. In addition to the previously announced Marc Kudisch, Emily Skinner, Daniel Reichard, Manu Narayan, Jill Paice, Jeffry Denman, William Michals, Lisa Howard, Bill Daugherty, and Sarah Jane McMahon, the cast of this unique concert that features the entire cast singing without microphones (the way it used to be done on Broadway) now also includes opera star John Easterlin, who won two Grammy Awards this year, as well as Nightlife Award winner David Colbert, and Broadway stars Tony Yazbeck and Janet Metz. The show's producer/writer/host, Scott Siegel has revealed that more star announcements are forthcoming.

It was announced today that Marc Kudisch (9 to 5, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Assassins, Thoroughly Modern Millie), Emily Skinner (Jekyll & Hyde, The Full Monty), Daniel Reichard (Jersey Boys), William Michals (Beauty & the Beast, South Pacific), Manu Narayan (Bombay Dreams), Lisa Howard (9 to 5, South Pacific, Spelling Bee), Sarah Jane McMahon, and Bill Daugherty will be among the more than fifteen Broadway stars that will be performing this year in the 6th Annual Broadway Unplugged Concert at The Town Hall on Monday, November 16th at 8 PM. Whatsonstage.com is reporting that Thom Southerland will helm a new production of Terrence McNally and David Yazbeck's The Full Monty. The production will make its debut at the Broadway Theatre in Catford from running November 4-29, with a West End transfer to the Players Theatre scheduled for. December 2. The production will run at the Players Theatre through January 2. This production will be the first revival of the show in the West End since 2002, where it played at the Prince of Wales Theatre for only eight months.
