The jack-of-all-trades actress, comedian, singer and writer Sandra Bernhard will return to London for the first time in two years at Leicester Square Theatre from Wednesday, February 9, through Sunday, February 13, 2011. She will perform five shows based on her album, Whatever It Takes, which sends viewers on a cross-cultural musical experience from New York, to Africa, the Middle East and South America.

Riedel surmises 'In the original, the main character was a kooky young woman who, in a past life, was an English aristocrat. In the new version, the young woman is a young man who, in a past life, was a black female jazz singer.'

According to Zap2it.com Ryan Murphy, Ian Brennan and Brad Falchuk the co-creators of GLEE have confirmed that Kristin Chenoweth will return to the hit TV show next season reprising her Emmy nominated role as April Rhodes. The co-creators are also planning to bring back Jonathan Groff as Jesse St. James, although they will have to work around Groff's busy schedule, Groff is set to star in a revival of DREATHTRAP in London.

The Canadian Opera Company's 61st season opens with a new COC production of Giuseppe Verdi's operatic masterpiece Aida. Conducted by COC Music Director Johannes Debus and directed by Tim Albery, Aida is a powerful and intimate story of forbidden love. American dramatic soprano Sondra Radvanovsky makes her much-anticipated company and role debut as Aida. Sharing the role with Ms Radvanovsky is Canadian soprano Michele Capalbo, who also makes her COC debut.
