Dustin Diamond, best known as Screech from the hit TV series 'Saved by the Bell,' will continue in The Awesome 80s Prom, through August 28th. The Awesome 80s Prom is now in its 6th year at the famed club Webster Hall.

Sam Waterston and Brian Murray will star in Simon Gray's THE OLD MASTERS, which will have its United States premiere at the Long Wharf Theatre in New Haven, Connecticut, courant.com's 'Behind the Curtain' blog reports. The production will run from January 19 to February 13 and is expected to transfer to Broadway with John Martello and Elliot Martin producing.

Broadway star Bernadette Peters will appear on Fox 5's 'Good Morning New York' on May 28, 2010 to promote her new children's book, 'Stella is a Star.' Peters will discuss the book and her efforts to raise money for her charity Broadway Barks.

Last night, Monday April 19, Second Stage Theatre hosted their annual spring gala in honor of Tony Kiser, a trustee and Co-Chairman of the theater for 29 years. Performers Kelli O'hara and Greg Naughton, Anthony Rapp, Alison Fraser, Pulitzer Prize Winner Tom Kitt, Derrick Baskin, Noah Racey and John Scherer, Becca Ayres, D'Atra Hicks, and Julie Foldesi paid tribute to Kiser in celebration.
