Breaking News: INTO THE WOODS to Journey Back to New York! Roundabout to Bring Reimagined Version to Laura Pels Theatre in Winter 2015

Into the Woods is coming back- and not just on the big screen! BroadwayWorld has just confirmed that the musical will return to the New York Stage soon. Roundabout Theatre Company will present McCarter Theatre Center and Fiasco Theatre's acclaimed, re-imagined production of the Tony Award-winning musical classic by Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine at the Laura Pels Theatre in Winter 2015.

Tickets to O'Neill's 14th Annual Monte Cristo Awards Gala Honoring Meryl Streep Now On Sale

The Eugene O'Neill Theater Center announced that tickets are publicly available for the 14th Annual Monte Cristo Award, honoring Meryl Streep. The award, presented to Ms. Streep at a Gala event in her honor, will be held at the Edison Ballroom, New York City, on Monday, April 21. Individual tickets start at $750, and can be purchased at www.theoneill.org.

Stanley Tucci & Anne Tatlock to be Honored at New York Stage and Film's Winter Gala, 11/17

New York Stage and Film have announced that its Annual Winter Gala, to be held this year on Sunday, November 17, 2013 at The Plaza Hotel (770 Fifth Avenue, New York City), will honor Oscar nominated multi-hyphenate Stanley Tucci and business luminary Anne Tatlock. Biographies for each can be found below. It was also announced today that, at the gala, Tony Award winners Lin-Manuel Miranda and Anika Noni Rose will perform selections from Miranda's upcoming The Hamilton Mixtape, which was performed in a concert reading this past summer during the 2013 Powerhouse Season, the annual highlight of the nearly three-decades long collaboration between Vassar College and New York Stage and Film to develop works for the American theater.

Rubin Museum of Art Presents The Nine Rivers Gala Today

The Nine Rivers Gala, the Rubin Museum of Art's annual New York benefit, will celebrate South Asia's incredible art, fashion and design. The event will highlight the Indian-influenced fashion of designer Naeem Khan, who will attend the event as the Museum's special guest. Naeem's intricately beaded and embroidered dressed have been worn by celebrities, including Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Sarah Jessica Parker Eva Longoria, Princess Yasmin Aga Khan, and First Lady Michelle Obama. Runway models will wear the designer's fashions throughout the evening.
