Nehal Joshi, Justin Keyes, Allison Blackwell & More to Lead Dallas Theater Center's LES MISERABLES

Dallas Theater Center will fill the Dee and Charles Wyly Theatre stage with the glorious music of the most popular musical of all time in a thrilling new production of Alain Boublil and Claude-Michel Schonberg's Les Miserables. Audiences will be swept away by the epic sounds of Les Miserables, directed by Liesl Tommy, which opens in previews on June 27 with a Pay-What-You-Can performance and runs through August 17 at the Wyly Theatre. Tickets to Les Miserables are on sale now at www.DallasTheaterCenter.org and by phone at (214) 880-0202.

Edward Watts to Join Cast of Off-Broadway's THE FANTASTICKS, 4/28

Edward Watts (Scandalous on Broadway; Superman in It's a Bird..Plane..It's Superman at Encores!), has signed on to join the cast of The Fantasticks, for two weeks only, right before its 56th anniversary on May 3, producers Al Parinello and Catherine Russell have announced. Mr. Watts will begin performances on Monday, April 28th and continue on in the role until Monday, May 12.

With a book by world-renowned Australian author Thomas Keneally(Schindler's List, the acclaimed book on which the Oscar-winning film is based) and music and lyrics by Larry Kirwan (founder of the iconic New York City band Black 47), Transport follows the uneasy ocean voyage of Irish women who were sentenced and then exiled to the relatively uninhabited south coast of Australia in the mid-19th Century.
