Eddie Bruce brings his popular tribute show to Anthony Newley to the Metropolitan Room in New York on two Mondays in November - the 1st and 22nd at 7 p.m.

Philadelphia's Prince Music Theater (Chesnut Street) has filed for bankruptcy protection under Chapter 11, halting a scheduled sheriff's sale on Tuesday, October 5. The anticipated sale came in the wake of a foreclosure statement made by TD Bank two years ago, in which they cited the Prince for nonpayment of debt. According to The Philadelphia Inquirer, the theater owes TD Bank approximately $4.8 million.

Philadelphia's Prince Music Theater has launched Summer Cinema at the Prince, a series of first-run features, movies with music, independent premieres, new documentaries, and special film events that will continue all summer long. Disney Pixar's 'Toy Story 3' kicked off the program on Friday, June 18, bringing Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and all the gang to Philadelphia's Avenue of the Arts. 'Toy Story 3' show times will be Monday to Friday at 12:30, 3:00, 6:30 and 9:00 p.m. and Saturday to Sunday at 10:00 a.m. and 12:30, 3:00, 5:30, 8:00 and 10:30 p.m.

In celebration of Paper Mill's 72nd season, the Millburn theater held a special celebration event featuring Stephen Schwartz, Liz Callaway and a special performance by Michael Rose, singing songs from Broadway and the movies.
