When Thomas Camarda launched Jazz It Up Philly November 18, 2014, he never expected to make such an impact on Philadelphia night life. He and business partner Charlie Bartlett thought they'd have four events that year - instead they had 24, all sold-out, generating over $250,000 of newly created revenue into business and the arts in Philadelphia.
Eddie Bruce takes over the Boardwalk on Thursday nights this summer when he headlines at Resorts Casino and Hotel in the Screening Room for their Thursday Night Summer Concert Series. With four different themed shows, this popular entertainer will delight audiences at 8 p.m. on July 16 with 'Bruce on Broadway', July 23 with 'Bruce on Sinatra', July 30 with 'Bruce on Bennett' and on August 6th with 'Eddie's Favorites - from the Beatles to Buble'. The August 6th concert is Eddie's birthday and guests can share in the celebration with lots of surprises and birthday cupcakes for all. With music direction by Tom Adams, he'll be joined by pianist Tom Adams, bassist Andy Lalasis, drummer Grant MacAvoy and guitarist Tom Giacabatti.

Eddie Bruce debuts at 54 Below, Broadway's supper club, with a show that is packed with great music, more than anyone could typically include in a one-hour show. He'll perform on Tuesday, February 18 at 7 p.m. at 54 Below, 254 W 54th St, Cellar in New York. This show comes on the tails of a hit performance as a guest singer with The Philly POPS' 60-piece orchestra. Bruce says, "I'm really proud to perform at 54 Below. July is bursting with musical magic when Eddie Bruce & Friends illuminate the waterfront on Thursdays in Philadelphia at SugarHouse Casino. The shows begin at 8 p.m. and run through 11 p.m. except on the July 4th holiday when it will be 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. On that date Eddie is joined by vocalist Michael Richard Kelly, on July 11th Eddie calls singer Paula Johns to the stage, then on July 18th Charlene Holloway joins the juncture, followed by Eddie fusing with Edgardo Cintron on July 25th. Eddie Bruce & Friends can be seen every Thursday in The Refinery restaurant and bar at SugarHouse. SugarHouse is located at 1001 N Delaware Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19125 with free parking. There is no cover, no minimum. Guests must be at least 21 years old to enter the casino.
