Hoff-Barthelson Music School Summer Arts Program provides the ideal setting for a stimulating, challenging, enjoyable and fun-filled summer for second through tenth graders. With its exceptional faculty, boasting some of the top performers and music educators in the country, the School is uniquely suited to offer a quality summer experience of music, visual arts and theater.

2017 is shaping up to be an eventful year at The Iridium as we continue to host MTV Live Setlist (the episode featuring 'dark girl pop' band MUNA airs this Saturday, February 4 at 9pm ET), and the acclaimed live public television series Front and Center (season 6 airing now at various dates/times across the country)!

The Iridium has announced its upcoming fall shows!

Coming up at The Iridium are: NYC's all-women blues band JANE LEE HOOKER on July 23; ELLEN KAYE with UK guitarist PAUL ROSE and Ethan Fein and the LiveIt!LIVE Band on July 26; VERNON REID POWER TRIO on July 29; and soul singer/songwriter/guitarist RAUL MIDON on September 24 & 25. Students from the Jazz Studies Program of Hoff-Barthelson Music School will perform a program of original and jazz standards in Scarsdale's Chase Park, 32 Chase Road, Scarsdale, on Sunday, June 5, 2016, at 5:00 pm. In the event of inclement weather, the performance will be held at the Music School, 25 School Lane, Scarsdale.

Just announced! The NYC debut of ELIJAH JAMAL QUINTET and Guests performing on Friday, September 4!  The quintet is led by saxophonist and composer Elijah Jamal Balbed, a Washington DC native named 'Best Tenor Saxophonist' and 'Best New Jazz Musician' by the Washington City Paper. 

One of the New York nightclub and cabaret scene's most talented couple--Vocalist/Actress Nina Hennessey and Drummer Ray Marchica--have been booked by Birdland, New York's premier jazz club, for a special show on August 2 at 6 pm (doors open at 5 pm). The married musical team has put together a stellar band for this set of jazzy standards, including Sean Harkness on guitar, Tom Hubbard on bass, and Bob Quaranta on piano. Fans of arena rock, bebop, big bands and jam bands are all welcome to join some of New York's busiest studio musicians, composers, and teachers for two days of futuristic nostalgia. Afternoon events are free and each evening event is $20 for adults, $15 for students with ID.
