Producers Kevin Wallace and Saul Zaentz, in association with David & Ed Mirvish and Michael Cohl, announced today that The Lord of the Rings will complete its Toronto engagement on Sunday, September 3, 2006 at Toronto's Princess of Wales Theatre.
The critically lambasted LORD OF THE RINGS walked off with 7 Dora awards (named for Dora Mavor Moore) handed out Monday June 26 at Toronto's Winter Garden Theatre.
The hit Toronto production of the musical The Lord of the Rings, previously announced to be London-bound, will begin previews at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane on May 9th, 2007, for a June 19th opening
According to producer Kevin Wallace, Toronto's Lord of the Rings musical is headed for London in 2007--despite having received a mixed critical reception upon opening
