Warm up your jazz hands this holiday season as Ferndale's Ringwald Theatre presents Snow Girls! Adapted by Richard Read, Snow Girls continues The Ringwald's long tradition of presenting loving parodies of well-known movies and TV shows. Snow Girls joins such past shows as Silent Night of the Lambs, The Bad Seed, The Facts of Life: The Lost Episode, Thank You For Being a Friend: The Unauthorized Golden Girls Musical among others.

Ferndale's Ringwald Theatre continues its season devoted to The Power of Words with the southeast Michigan premier of reasons to be pretty by Detroit's own Neil LaBute. All performances of reasons to be pretty will be held at The Ringwald Theatre 22742 Woodward Ave, Ferndale MI 48220. In keeping with their 'Summer Camp' theme, The Ringwald is pleased as punch to present the mother of all campy comedies, Mommie Queerest by Jamie Morris, the author of another Summer Camp extravaganza, The Facts of Life: The Lost Episode, which played The Ringwald twice: last summer and the summer of 2010.

The Ringwald Theatre has announced the 4th installment of its wildly popular Gay Play Series (GPS). Last year's outing was attended by hundreds of people over a two weekend period. This year the program will run three consecutive weekends and will feature a two-week run of the past three winning scripts, a serialized staged reading of a beloved classic, a new one-woman show, a brand new cabaret, and performances of 8 new, one act LGBT plays.
