BRINGING UP BABY NEW YEAR Takes the Stage at Planet Ant, 11/23-12/15

Planet Ant Theatre is ready to ring in the new year with the original late night comedy, Bringing Up Baby New Year, November 23 - December 15. Tickets ($10) are on sale now at www.planetant.com.

It's never easy to live life in the spotlight, always being fodder for the tabloids and the subject of public scrutiny. It's all the more complicated when your life is only 12 months long. Bringing Up Baby New Year is a one act comedy that chronicles the life and often tumultuous times of a typical Baby New Year, as he yearns to put his mark on time, all while struggling with puberty, a mid-life crisis and old age--each within months of the other.

Directed by Shawn Handling (Harper woods), Bringing Up Baby New Year is written and performed by members of the Planet Ant Improv Colony Home Team; Dyan Bailey (Warren), Lauren Bickers (Hamtramck), Dave Davies (Warren) and Mike McGettigan (Dearborn).

Tickets ($10) are on sale now at www.planetant.com for performances at 9:00pm Friday and Saturday evenings November 23 - December 15. Tickets can also be purchased, based on availability, at the Planet Ant Box Office an hour before show time.
