BroadwayWorld has just learned that Rita Wilson has temporarily stepped out of Broadway's FISH IN THE DARK for a temporary medical leave. In her absence, the role of 'Brenda' is being played by Glenne Headly. Wilson is set to return to the production on May 5, 2015.

Nigel Redden, Director of Lincoln Center Festival, today announced the line-up for the 20th edition of the Festival, which runs from July 6 through August 2, 2015. The Festival will unfold in six venues on and off the Lincoln Center campus. There will be a total of 58 performances by artists and ensembles from Germany, China, England, Ireland, Russia, USA, and Japan.

The Guthrie Theater held a cocktail party in New York City this week to celebrate Joe Dowling and his final season at the theater. He leaves in June 2015 after 20 years and as the longest Artistic Director in the theater's history. Guthrie Director Joe Dowling today announced ten mainstage productions in his final season at the helm of the world renowned theater, culminating 20 years of remarkable leadership. The 2014-2015 lineup includes first-time Guthrie productions of plays by A.R. Gurney, Anne Washburn and Sarah Ruhl, three productions directed by Dowling, including a beloved Shakespeare comedy and iconic masterpieces by Arthur Miller and Sean O'Casey, the Guthrie debut of visionary writer and director Mary Zimmerman, as well as an all-American musical slated for summer.

The award-winning fringe venue Theatre503 has announced full casting for their SECOND LOOK production of Billy Roche's play A HAND FULL OF STARS. As previously announced Coronation Street actor and Boyzone star Keith Duffy (BIG MAGGIE, Druid Theatre Company) is to make his London stage debut as Stapler. Joining Keith will be actors Ciaran Owens (OH WHAT A LOVELY WAR at Stratford East and OUR COUNTRY'S GOOD for Out of Joint) as Jimmy, Michael O'Connor (ONCE, Phoenix Theatre) as Swan and Brian Fenton (THE CRIPPLE OF INISHMAAN, Noel Coward Theatre) as Tony. Artistic Director Paul Robinson's production will run at Battersea's Theatre503 from Wednesday 30 April until Saturday 24 May 2014.
